How are products packaged and shipped?

All orders are fulfilled by our partner, TCC. We ensure that all products are carefully protected with bubble wrap and shipped in cardboard boxes.

What should I do if my package shows a delivery failure / I haven’t received my package?

The most common reasons for delivery failure include incorrect address information or inaccessible delivery locations. To ensure successful delivery, please double-check and confirm the accuracy and deliverability of your address when placing your order.

If the package fails to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you, any resulting loss will be your responsibility. If the package cannot be delivered due to a courier error (such as delivery to the wrong address), please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier company to protect your rights.

What should I do if the product is damaged/missing upon receipt?

While we make every effort to protect and ship your orders securely, occasional circumstances such as rough handling by the courier company may result in damage or loss of your products.

Product defects caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, we will assess the situation and provide a replacement, a discount voucher, or another suitable solution.
