Refund Policy

We only accept returns within 15 days after product delivery.

Before returning a product, please send an email to info@smoothwriting.com to confirm the return and ensure that the product you wish to return is in its original condition.

Unless the item itself is damaged, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Please pack the return items carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.

After sending the package, please provide us with the tracking number immediately so we can track the shipment.

Once we receive your package, it usually takes 48 hours to process. After confirming the product is correct, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds should appear within two weeks, but the exact timing depends on your payment provider.
